Turkey Parmesan Casserole
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped cooked turkey (can substitute with chicken)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 c. frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided
Mix all ingredients except 1/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Spoon into a 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
