Wild Rice Stuffed Turkey Breast
4 cups cooked wild rice
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 apples
4 to 5 pound boneless whole turkey breast
You can peel the apples or leave them unpeeled, as you wish. Chop apples
coarsely and mix with rice, onion and dried cranberries. If turkey breast is
frozen, thaw it. Put turkey in a 3 to 4 quart crockpot and surround with wild
rice mixture. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours until turkey is
thoroughly cooked and reaches 180F on a meat thermometer. 10 servings.
