Campbell's Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4-oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken
Soup
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, wine, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 5 min. or until done.
Serve with noodles.
Serves 4.
