Ground Beef with Hoisin and Ginger
Saute meat in large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through; break up with a fork. Drain off excess juice and fat, and set aside.
Add sesame oil to skillet and stir fry ginger, garlic and orange peel briefly.
Add green onions and stir fry 1 minute.
Return meat to skillet and add hoisin; stir until blended. Add orange juice mixture and stir until thickened, about 1 minute.
Spoon onto rice or couscous; this can be flavored with chicken stock while cooking.
