Seafood Dumplings

1/4 lb. scallops or firm white fish
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 green onions, chopped
12 or so wonton wrappers

Put all ingredients except wrappers in food processor or blender and process until just blended.

Put about a teaspoon filling inside each wonton. Wet hands and seal each wonton.

Place in a oiled steamer basket (to prevent sticking) and steam about 3 minutes or until heated.
