One Pan Chocolate-Cherry Cake
Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly in an ungreased 8" or 9" square pan. Add the "wet" ingredients (cherry juice, oil, water, vinegar, vanilla, and chopped cherries) and thoroughly blend again, scraping sides, corners, and bottom of pan well.
Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350° oven until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in the pan.
