Spiced Pecan Pie
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold gently into pecan mixture. Do not beat. Add vinegar as you fold. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in 400ºF oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350ºF and continue to bake pie for 25 minutes. Remove from oven to cool on wire rack.
Cool completely to room temperature before cutting. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream and dust with cinnamon. Refrigerate leftovers.
