Chocolate Snowball Cookies Recipe
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
powdered sugar
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
combine flour and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and chips; roll
into 1 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350�F for 15-20 minutes. Cool cookies slightly before rolling them in powdered sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen.
