Ginger Spice Muffin Mix in a Jar Recipe
1 3/4 C. flour
2 T. sugar
2 T. brown sugar
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ground nutmeg
1/4 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Store mixture in airtight container.

Ginger Spice Muffins
1 package Ginger Spice Muffin Mix
1/4 C. butter or margarine melted
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 C. milk
Preheat oven to 400� F. and grease 12 muffin tins. In a large bowl, combine the
muffin mix with the butter, egg, vanilla and mil. Stir the mixture until the
ingredients are blended; do not overmix - batter will be lumpy.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, and bake for 15 minutes.
