Christmas Bark Recipe

1 lb. white chocolate

1 C. Craisins

1 C. already-shelled pistachios or already-chopped macadamia nuts

Line a cookie sheet with foil. Set aside.

Melt white chocolate in a 2-quart or larger glass bowl in microwave on high (100% power) 2 minutes. Remove and stir to completely melt.

Stir in Craisins and nuts. Spread mixture in an even layer (about 15 by 7 inches) on prepared pan. Place in refrigerator to cool completely, about 20 minutes.

Break into pieces and store in covered containers or tins for up to 5 days.

Makes about 64 (1 1/2-inch) pieces.
