Mounds Candy Recipe
3/4 cup mashed potatoes, unsalted and cooled
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 14-ounce package coconut
1 12-ounce package milk chocolate chips
1 inch square paraffin
Mix potatoes, confectioners' sugar and coconut together. Form into small candy bar shapes and freeze them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment.
Freeze 2 hours or overnight. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler. Dip candy shapes in this mixture and store in fridge.
