Butterscotch Brownie Cookies
1 box Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix (21 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350°. Generously Pam-spray 2 cookie sheets. In a large bowl, mix
all ingredients except morsels and nuts by hand until dough is formed. Stir in
morsels and nuts.
Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonsful 2 inches apart onto
Bake one sheet at a time 8-12 minutes until cracked in
appearance. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely. Store
in plastic food storage bags.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies
