Cape Cod Oatmeal Cookies
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. craisins
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. molasses
Preheat oven to 350° F (185° C).
In large bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and
salt; stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie
sheets (make the cookies small).
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
