Chocolate Chip Cookies (Egg Beaters)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg Substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in large bowl with mixer at medium
speed until blended; stir in chocolate chips.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart, onto
greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove cookies to wire racks; cool completely.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen
