Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups oats
2 sticks plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Craisins
1 cup nuts, walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in
nuts and fruit.
Roll tablespoons of dough into balls, place 1 1/2 inches
apart on cookie sheets, bake at 350 for about 12 min.
You must leave them on the cookie sheet to cool about 5 min
before taking them off or they will fall apart.
