M&M Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies
In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container.
Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
