Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with Bisquick
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup margarine or batter softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/4 cups raisins
Heat oven to 350º F.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-in. apart onto ungreased cookie
Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes.
About 4 dozen cookies.
