Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookies In a small bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Take chopped peanut butter cups and stir in to batter. Use a tablespoon and drop cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375�F for 7 to 10 minutes or until cookie shows cracks. Take from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 1 to 2 minutes before removing. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 3 1/2 to 4 dozen. |
