Sour Cream Cutouts
Add Flour, baking powder, soda, vanilla, almond extract and salt. Beat at low speed til soft dough forms.
Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 1-2 hours, or til firm.
Heat oven to 350. On well floured board, roll dough to ¼" thickness. Using 3" cookie cutters, cut desired shapes. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 6-8 minutes, or til edges are light golden brown. Frost with your favorite powdered sugar frosting.
