Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup Crisco
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecan pieces
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
Heat oven to 375ºF. Cream shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large
bowl; blend until creamy, then beat in egg. Combine flour, salt, and baking
soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate, peanut butter chips
and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 3" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
