White Chocolate Chip Surprise

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of butter softened (I use Crisco Butter Sticks)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated light brown sugar (Domino)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cup(12 ounce package of Nestle Premier White Morsels)
1 cup of finely chopped walnuts

Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, in a small bowl. In a large bowl cream the butter, all the sugars, vanilla, add beat in the eggs. Then add the flour, salt, baking soda mixture. Stir in the morsels, then stir in the walnuts.

Preheat oven to 375 or 350 depending on your oven. Roll into small balls and bake 8-11 mins. depending on your oven (when slightly brown) The granulated brown sugar will crystallize the bottom of the cookies, so don't get nervous.

I use calphlon non-stick cookie trays, about 12 a sheet. I find that when you have more then one cookie sheet to use them. I rinse them off after each use, so they cool down for the next batch. Just a little cookie technique. Enjoy
