1/2 cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Using an 8-inch square dish, soak matzo in milk
for 1 minute, then arrange on a greased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, lemon
juice, salt and sour cream until smooth, then spread evenly over
