1 pint heavy whipping cream
3 Tbls. chocolate syrup (Hershey's)
2 tsp. instant coffee
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a large bowl, whip cream with electric mixer on high. When peaks form, stop
beating. peaks form, stop beating. Add chocolate syrup, coffee, powdered sugar
and vanilla extract; until well mixed, but not too long.
Line bottom of 8x8-inch pan with one layer of Graham
crackers, then spread 1/3 of cream mixture over top. Repeat layers two more
times ending with cream on top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Cut into squares to serve.
