Cool and Creamy Custard

3 tablespoons vanilla flavored cajeta
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cream or crema media, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Spread cajeta over base of Mini-Baker using Skinny Scraper; set aside. In Classic Batter Bowl, whisk together cream cheese, condensed milk, 1/2 cup crema and vanilla extract using Stainless Steel Whisk. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition. Gently pour mixture into baker.

Microwave on MEDIUM for 10-12 minutes or until Utility Knife inserted in center is clean when removed. Let stand in microwave 5 minutes. Transfer baker to Stackable Cooling Rack. Gently loosen edges of custard from baker using Small Spreader. Carefully invert onto Simple Additions (TM) Medium Square.

Make strawberry fans using Egg Slicer Plus(R). Serve custard using Slice 'N Serve(R). Drizzle each serving with 2 tablespoons of cream; garnish with a strawberry fan.
