Weight Watchers Apple Scallops
Combine sliced apples with brandy, cinnamon and sugar, then bake in the oven.

1 lb. apples peeled and sliced thin
1/4 cup water
5 pkgs. Equal
3/4 tsp. brandy extract
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare a casserole with low fat vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients, pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 F. or until tender.

Makes: 4 servings.
