Cheesy Ranch Dip

1 pkg. (1-oz.) dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8-oz) fat-free cream cheese
2 cups (8-oz.) extra sharp low-fat cheddar cheese
Celery sticks, carrots or fresh vegetables, to dip

Mix dry dressing mix with mayonnaise. Chill.

In food processor, mix all remaining ingredients well. Add dressing mixture. Process until smooth. Put in decorative jar or bowl. Chill until serving time. Serve with celery sticks, carrots, or fresh vegetables.

Cheese dip is very good the first day, but gets better as flavors blend over time. Keeps well in refrigerator for weeks.

Makes 10 servings.
