Lambropsomo - Easter Bread
In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, 1 cup milk, salt, vanilla and oil of anise.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead well and let rise until twice its size. Punch down and let rise again.
Shape into 3 round loaves and place on greased baking sheets.
Place a red egg in top center of each loaf. Sprinkle sesame seeds on tops and bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour.
