Lambropsomo - Easter Bread

2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of butter, melted
2 teaspoon of vanilla
2-3 drops oil of anise
6 eggs
1 yeast cake
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
3 red dyed Easter eggs, uncooked
Sesame seeds
Flour

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup cooled scalded milk. Add 1 cup flour and melted butter.

In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, 1 cup milk, salt, vanilla and oil of anise.

Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead well and let rise until twice its size. Punch down and let rise again.

Shape into 3 round loaves and place on greased baking sheets.

Place a red egg in top center of each loaf. Sprinkle sesame seeds on tops and bake at 350�F. for 1 hour.
