2 T. milk
2 C. confectioner's sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
2 oz. baking chocolate
1/8 t. salt
3 C. miniature marshmallows
flaked coconut
miniature jelly beans
Blend together cream cheese and milk. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Set
aside.
Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth. Combine cream cheese
mixture, melted chocolate, and salt, mixing together well. Fold in marshmallows.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut, completely coating each candy. Place on a
greased cookie sheet. Top with a couple of jelly beans. Chill in refrigerator
until firm.
