Chocolate Baskets
aluminum cut into 8" squares
vegetable shortening
muffin pan
decorating chocolate (available in cake decorating stores)
pastry bag, couple, and small round tip or a zip lock bag
Turn a muffin pan upside down. Lie aluminum squares over cups of
pan, turn up the bottom of the foil to catch the chocolate. Lightly
grease the foil.
Melt chocolate. Pour into pastry bag (or zip lock
bag, snipping a small hole at one end). Drizzle the chocolate over
the bottoms and sides of the foil. The baskets do not have to be
solid.
Let stand until firm. Invert and gently remove
the basket from the foil. |
