Coconut Bars Recipe

Coconut Bars  

2 boxes confectioners sugar
1 can canned milk
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
1 C. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla

Mix all the ingredients together and put on to large greased cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Take out and cut into 1-inch bars.

Melt over low heat:
1 (12-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 T. vegetable oil

Dip bars in chocolate. Cool on waxed paper.
