Edible Easter Basket Cupcakes
12 cupcakes
1 1/2 cups white frosting
12 pipe cleaners, varying colors
1 cup shredded coconut
Green food color
Jelly beans
Pastel colored candy-coated chocolate pieces
Ribbon
Wash hands.
Frost the cupcakes with the icing. Bend a pipe cleaner into an arch
and push the ends into the sides of each cupcake. Make green grass
by adding a few drops of food coloring to the coconut. Then, rest
jelly beans and chocolate pieces on top of the grass.
Tie a ribbon bow on the pipe cleaner at a jaunty angle. Put one
cupcake basket by each place setting or give as gifts.
