Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
 
First Layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 teaspoons baking powder

Second Layer:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
 
Mix these ingredients and spread in 9-inch square baking pan.

Mix sugars and cocoa and pour over first mixture. Pour 1 cup of water over all -- DO NOT STIR! Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Note: Can add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to first layer. Also can top with chocolate chips.
