Lemon Cake
 
1 package deluxe lemon pudding cake mix
1 3 ounce package lemon gelatin
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup Crisco oil
4 eggs

Topping:
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons melted butter
powdered sugar
 
Combine all cake ingredients and beat for a full 5 minutes.

Pour into a greased 9 X 13 cake pan.

Bake at 350�F. for 35 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients except the powdered sugar. While cake is still warm, poke holes in the cake and drizzle the topping mixture over the cake. When cake has cooled, sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top.
