Magic Easter Eggs
1/2 C. unsweetened condensed milk
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 C. confectioners sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
Blend sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar thoroughly. Cook over boiling
water 4 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from fire, add vanilla and
confectioners sugar gradually. Blend thoroughly. Form into eggs and chill. Makes
about 15 eggs.
To cover melt dipping chocolate and allow it to
become almost cool. Dip eggs in chocolate and cool on waxed
paper. Put the names on with frosting through a pastry tube.
