Decadent Candy Bar Salad

Decadent Candy Bar Salad

1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat milk powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon coconut extract
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup cool whip
12 chocolate flavor graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons flaked coconut

In large bowl combine dry pudding and milk, and water; mix well using whisk. Blend in extract, yogurt and cool whip. Add graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Mix gently to combine, then cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.

Serves 6.
