Cherries and Cream Salad Recipe

Cherries and Cream Salad
2 cans red water packed cherries (1 lb each)
13 ounces pineapple tidbits
3 1/2 ounces flaked coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
Drain fruit, saving the juice for other uses. Combine the fruit with
coconut, marshmallows, sugar and salt.
Fold in sour cream carefully, turn into a bowl
and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with salad greens. Red dessert cherries
may be used instead of water packed, however omit the powdered
