Cherry Chocolate Cloud Salad
1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding sugar free
1 package sugar free cherry jello
3/4 cup water
1 can (16 oz) tart red cherries, pack in water, undrained
3/4 cup cool whip lite
9 chocolate graham crackers (2 1/2")
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding, dry jello and water. Stir
in undrained cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until
mix thickens and starts to boil, being sure not to crush cherries.
Spoon mix into large bowl and place bowl on wire rack; let set 45
minutes. Stir in cool whip. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Break
grahams into large pieces. Just before serving, stir in cracker
pieces and marshmallows.
Serves 6. |
