Layered Party Slaw
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium head cauliflower, chopped
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, divided
2 cups thawed frozen green peas
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups Marzetti slaw dressing
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
In large glass serving bowl, layer cabbage, cauliflower, half of
bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions. Top with cheese, dressing and
remaining bacon. Cover and refrigerate several hours to overnight.
Garnish with tomatoes before serving.
