Mashed Potato Salad
6 cups hot mashed potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
green bell pepper rings
combine hot mashed potatoes with celery, salad dressing, onion,
milk, vinegar, and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish
mashed potato salad with a sprinkling of paprika and bell pepper
rings.
Serves 6. |
