 Pretzel Salad Recipe

Pretzel Salad

2 C. pretzels, crushed

C. melted butter

3 T. sugar

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 C. sugar

1 tub (8-9 oz) whipped topping, thawed

3 small packages strawberry gelatin

3 C. boiling water

3 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries

Mix crushed pretzels, butter & sugar together & press into a 9x13 pyrex dish. Bake at 400 for 7-8 minutes & cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar & whipped topping. Spread on pretzel mix & refrigerate. Next, mix gelatin & water. Add the 3 packages of frozen berries, and pour over chilled cream cheese layer. Continue to chill until gelatin is set.
