Strawberry Freeze

1 cup flour

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup margarine

2 egg whites

1 cup sugar

1 cups strawberries

2 teaspoons lemon juice

9 ounces whipped topping

Melt butter and brown sugar together.

Add flour and nuts. Put in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Shake several times while cooking.

Beat 2 egg whites until peaks form. Add sugar, strawberries, lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust and freeze. Take out of freezer just before serving.
