BAJ Catering's Apricot-Walnut Spread with Gingersnaps

4 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 C. dried, chopped apricots
1 1/3 C. chopped walnuts, toasted
1 C. golden raisins
2 T. Amaretto or other almond liqueur
2 1 lb. boxes gingersnap cookies

Beat together cream cheese, apricots, walnuts, raisins and Amaretto. Spread on gingersnaps.

Serves about 32.
