5 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. self-rising flour
Mix ground beef and flour together by hand. Keep adding water until the mixture has the consistency of a paste and does not stick to your hand. Heat griddle with oil and place a tablespoon of meat mixture on hot griddle. Flip burger when brown and flatten out with spatula. When burger meat is done, place on hamburger bun with mustard, dill pickle and a slice of onion. Heat hamburger on griddle on both sides until warm.
