Hole in the Wall Scalloped Potatoes
12 medium red potatoes
3 oz. ham, diced
1 medium red onion
1 C. flour
4 oz. butter
1 quart milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated
Boil potatoes halfway, let cool. After cooling, slice into 1/4-inch slices. Dice
ham and onion. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until combined. Warm
milk until hot. Add to flour and stir until creamy. Add salt and pepper to
taste. Layer potatoes, ham, onions and grated cheese. Pour cream sauce over
potatoes. Put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes.
