Shar's Bosch Kitchen Center Rocky Road Dessert Pizza
3/4 C. butter
1-3/4 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
2 C. Peter's or Swiss Chalet chocolate, chopped
2 C. miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 C. roasted nuts of your choice
1 C. Nestle's caramel, melted
Preheat oven to 350�F. Spray a deep-dish, removable-bottom pizza pan with Pam.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high
speed for 30 seconds. Add about half of the flour, the granulated sugar, brown
sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat mixture until thoroughly combined. Beat in
remaining flour until dough is soft and smooth. Pat dough evenly onto prepared
pizza pan. Bake in a 350�F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges are
golden brown and center is set.
Remove from oven and immediately top with chocolate, marshmallows and nuts.
Drizzle with melted caramel.
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden. Cool on a wire
rack.
