Simple to Grand Caterers Cashew Chicken Wraps
4 C. cooked, diced chicken
2 C. thinly sliced celery
1 C. chopped cashews
1/2 C. sliced green onions, including some green tops
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. Girard's Champagne Dressing
1 (24 oz.) package 10-inch flour tortillas (8 tortillas)
1 (10 oz.) bag romaine and iceberg lettuce blend

In medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, cashews, and green onions. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and champagne dressing; stir into chicken mixture. Arrange tortillas on counter. Spread each tortilla with chicken salad to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle 3/4 cup romaine blend over each tortilla. Roll tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to four hours. Unwrap; cut on diagonal into three sections or trim ends of tortillas and cut into 6 (1-1/2 inch) diagonal slices. Secure with cocktail picks, if desired.
Makes 24 (3-1/2 inch) wraps or 48 (1-1/2 inch) appetizers.
