Zuma Tex Mex's Tomato Salsa
2 cans (28 oz. each) chopped, peeled tomatoes
8 oz. tomato juice
1 c. diced onion, rinsed in cold water and drained (to remove sharp taste)
3 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 T. Frank's red hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 T. salt
1 T. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from 2 limes
In a large bowl, add the ingredients. (There is no need to drain the tomatoes.)
Mix well and serve right away with tortilla chips.
Makes 8-12 servings
