Make-Ahead Breakfast Eggs
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp margarine
8 ounces sour cream
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in
egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
Put mixture into a buttered 12x7-inch baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and
shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
