No Fail Fluffy Omelet Pour in the egg mixture and, using a spatula, push the cooked egg from the edge into the center, tilting the pan so the uncooked egg fills in around the edge. While the top is still a little moist, sprinkle on the fillings. When eggs are set, fold omelet in half and slide it onto a serving plate. Serve immediately.
