1/2 lb. cooked med. noodles, cooled
2 lg. apples, peeled & coarsely chopped
3/4 c. white raisins
5 med. eggs
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk Cinnamon-sugar (optional)
Combine all ingredients (except cinnamon-sugar) in a large bowl. Stir to
distribute ingredients evenly.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar before baking,
if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve
warm or chilled.
